Vaccine reporting survey

VCU leadership announced last week that all full- and part-time VCU faculty and staff who have not already reported their vaccine must complete the following survey by July 15 to report their vaccination status to the university. More information about vaccines and how to report are available through this employee FAQ.

How will I know if my vaccination record is verified?

Vaccine reporting confirmation is available on the status page in the MyVCU portal. Click the arrow by your eID in the upper right and select VCU Profile. Your vaccine status will be noted here. If you continue to receive email reminders to complete your daily health check, check the status of your vaccination record in your myVCU portal. Your status code will indicate if your vaccination record is incomplete.
